Located in Essoyes, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, Champagne Guenin embodies a modern and artisanal vision of grower Champagne. At the head of the family estate, Sébastien Guenin continues generations of vineyard work with a philosophy deeply focused on terroir expression and precision in winemaking. The vineyard is planted predominantly with Pinot Noir, the emblematic grape variety of this part of the Aube, which reveals here a style that is both generous, vibrant, and remarkably refined. Great care is given to the vines and soils in order to preserve the natural balance of the terroir and the authentic character of the fruit. In the cellar, the approach favors purity, elegance, and drinkability: the Champagnes offer fine bubbles, bright freshness, delicate textures, and a beautiful energy that brings both precision and depth to the wines. Some cuvées also benefit from subtle oak ageing, adding complexity and structure while always respecting the freshness of the fruit.
